How much do I need for a down payment?

In Canada, the minimum is 5% on the first $500,000 and 10% on the portion above, with 20% to avoid mortgage insurance. Christine will connect you with lenders to map out exactly what works for you.

Do buyers pay commission?

In most residential resale transactions the seller's brokerage pays the cooperating commission, but representation agreements vary. Christine will explain your buyer representation agreement clearly before you sign anything.
